Carla Cole, MSN, ARNP-C has over 13 years of clinical experience in the fields of Cardiology, Internal Medicine and Aesthetic and Cosmetic Medicine. She graduated from Samford University’s Ida V. Moffett School of Nursing in 1999 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing. In 2005, she graduated with honors with a Masters degree in Nursing from the University of South Alabama and is board certified by the ANCC as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. As a nurse practitioner, she specialized in cardiovascular medicine for 11 years before pursuing her true passion of aesthetic medicine. In 2016, she joined Dr. Todd A. Besnoff at Ultimate Image Cosmetic Medical Center in Clearwater, FL. She has completed advanced courses in dermal fillers, neuromodulators, laser resurfacing, non-invasive body sculpting and body contouring treatments, PRP (platelet rich plasma), hair restoration and vaginal rejuvenation. She is passionate about patient education and ensures patients receive a personal and caring experience. With a skilled eye and steady, gentle hand, Carla works with patients to provide beautiful and natural results. She is the mother of two children, Ironman triathlete, long distance and marathon runner and artist whose medium is oil painting. She is a sustaining member of the Junior League and continues to support their mission to highlight children’s advocacy groups.

Tammy specializes in natural looking permanent makeup, microblading and corrections. With over 23 years of experience as an artist, and as a certified trainer since 2003, her services include 4 types of brows, designer eyeliner, cheek color, lip color and enlargements, scalp micro -pigmentation and so much more.
Tammy utilizes two different styles of permanent makeup (machine and microblading) along with various types of natural pigments to customize each application. She achieves hundreds of designer looks, often resulting in looking 5-10 years younger.
Shelia is a graduate of SunState Academy in Clearwater, FL She embodies compassion and a soothing touch. Shelia especially enjoys working with clients who are looking for a renewed connection and acceptance of their body. She also enjoys clients who are new to massage as she feels part of her gift is alleviating any apprehension or anxiety a person may be feeling about massage therapy. With her fluid strokes and Masters degree in Counseling, she aims to help her clients heal both physically and emotionally. She tries to accommodate each individual she works with, understanding pressure preferences and pain tolerance is subjective, and does her best to match each client’s needs by being mindful and transparent not only during intake, but during table time as well. Working with hot stones is something she loves; appreciating the grounding and warm undertones in treatment. Although Shelia has a wide range of knowledge of bodywork modalities, she specializes in Swedish massage and Trigger Point Therapy.
