RHA® Collection

The RHA Collection is a range of resilient hyaluronic acid fillers designed to stretch and recoil with facial movement. That flexibility makes them particularly suited to areas that move constantly, such as around the mouth and along the nasolabial folds.

How RHA Fillers Work

RHA stands for resilient hyaluronic acid. The gels are manufactured using a gentler process that preserves more of the natural structure of the hyaluronic acid molecule, producing a filler that is more elastic than conventional formulations.

In practice that means the gel deforms as you smile or speak and returns to shape afterward, rather than resisting the movement. In dynamic areas that difference is visible.

Who RHA Is For

RHA suits patients concerned about looking treated when they move:

  • Lines from nose to mouth (nasolabial folds)
  • Perioral lines and the lower face generally
  • Lips, where natural movement matters most
  • Highly expressive faces

What to Expect

Treatment takes 30 to 45 minutes. Topical numbing is applied and the products contain lidocaine. Placement is by needle or cannula depending on the area.

Results are immediate, with swelling in the first few days.

Aftercare

Swelling and possible bruising for three to seven days, more noticeable in the lips. Ice on the first day, avoid strenuous exercise and alcohol for 24 to 48 hours.

Assess the final result at two weeks. Duration is typically twelve to eighteen months depending on product and area.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes RHA different?

Its elasticity. RHA gels stretch and recoil with facial movement rather than resisting it, which suits areas that are constantly in motion.

Is RHA better for lips?

Many injectors favor it in the lips for exactly that reason. Your provider will recommend based on the look you want.

Can RHA be dissolved?

Yes. It is a hyaluronic acid filler and can be reversed with hyaluronidase.
