ThermiTight®
ThermiTight delivers controlled radiofrequency energy directly beneath the skin through a small probe, heating tissue at depth to contract collagen and stimulate new collagen production. It is a single treatment and produces a stronger result than energy delivered through the skin surface.
How ThermiTight Works
After the area is numbed, a small probe is placed under the skin through a tiny entry point. Radiofrequency energy is delivered directly into the tissue while temperature is monitored continuously at both the probe and the skin surface.
Because the energy is applied beneath the skin rather than through it, more heat reaches the target tissue. That produces immediate collagen contraction and a sustained remodeling response over the following months.
Who ThermiTight Is For
ThermiTight suits patients with more laxity than a surface treatment will address:
- Loose skin under the chin and along the jawline
- Neck laxity
- Abdomen, arms and inner thighs
- Patients wanting a single treatment rather than a series

What to Expect
The area is numbed with local anesthetic. A tiny entry point is made and the probe is passed through the tissue in a controlled pattern while temperature is monitored throughout. Treatment takes about an hour depending on the area.
You are awake and comfortable, and you go home the same day.
Aftercare
Expect swelling, bruising and tenderness for several days to two weeks depending on the area. A compression garment may be recommended. Most patients take a few days before returning to normal social activity.
Some tightening is visible early, with the full result developing over three to six months as collagen remodels.
