How EndyMed Works
Radiofrequency energy is delivered into the tissue, heating the deeper layers where fat and collagen sit. The heat encourages fat cells to release their contents while simultaneously prompting collagen contraction and new collagen production in the skin above.
Treating both at once matters on the body, because reducing volume without addressing skin quality can leave the area looking loose rather than sculpted.
Who EndyMed Is For
EndyMed suits patients near their goal weight who want refinement:
- Stubborn fat that persists despite diet and exercise
- Mild to moderate skin laxity on the body
- Abdomen, flanks, arms and thighs
- Smoothing after weight loss
It is a contouring treatment rather than a weight loss treatment. Patients with significant volume to lose will see better value addressing that first.
What to Expect
Gel is applied and the handpiece is worked across the treatment area, delivering steadily building warmth. Sessions run 30 to 45 minutes depending on the area and are comfortable throughout.
The area may look slightly pink and feel warm afterward.
Aftercare
There are no restrictions. Pinkness settles within a few hours. Staying well hydrated supports the body in clearing what is released.
Results build across a series, typically spaced a week or two apart, and continue developing for several weeks after the final session.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many sessions will I need?
A series is required, with the number depending on the area and your goals. Your provider will map this out at consultation.
Is this a weight loss treatment?
No. It is a contouring treatment for stubborn areas in patients close to their goal weight.
How does it compare to ThermiTight?
EndyMed is non-invasive and works over a series. ThermiTight places energy under the skin in a single treatment and produces a stronger tightening result with real recovery time.
