alloClae™ Structural Adipose Filler
alloClae is a structural adipose tissue allograft made from purified donor fat, used to restore soft volume and refine body contours. Unlike traditional fat transfer it requires no liposuction and no donor site, so it is a ready-to-use option performed in the office.
How alloClae Works
alloClae is made from screened, sterilized donor adipose tissue. It is processed to remove donor DNA and cellular components while preserving the extracellular matrix and the three-dimensional structure of natural fat.
Placed beneath the skin in areas where fat naturally exists, it provides immediate structural support and cushioning. Over time it integrates with the surrounding tissue, mimicking the feel of your own fat rather than sitting apart from it.
It is not a traditional dermal filler and it is not a Brazilian Butt Lift or standard fat transfer. It is a different category of product.

alloClae is particularly relevant right now for patients who have lost significant weight on GLP-1 medications and are left with volume loss or contour irregularity. It also suits patients who:

What to Expect
Treatment is performed entirely in the office. The area is prepared and local anesthesia is used for comfort. alloClae is then placed using injection technique appropriate to the area and the volume required.
The procedure is typically completed in under an hour, and results are visible immediately.
Aftercare
Mild swelling, tenderness or firmness in the treated area is common and generally resolves within a few days. Your provider will give you specific activity guidance based on the area treated.
Results are visible right away and continue to refine as the material integrates with the surrounding tissue.
